(Manchester, N.H.) - Grad transfer David Wiedenfeld (Londonderry, N.H.) led SNHU with two goals and an assist, but #14 Saint Anselm remained unbeaten with a 20-7 win over the Penmen Wednesday night at Grappone Stadium.

KEY MOMENTS
- Trailing 1-0, SNHU tied the contest at 1-1 when Wiedenfeld took a pass from junior Owen McCuin (Hinesburg, Vt.) behind the goal, raced to the near side, and buried the shot.
- Saint Anselm finished the first quarter with a 6-1 lead - and scored again to start the second quarter on a marker by Will Harvey.
- The Penmen won the ensuing face-off. Jacobsen rebounded a miss by sophomore Tim Krutz (Cheshire, Conn.). Jacobsen's pass found Terrones, who scored to make it 7-2.
- Junior Jackson Hounchell (Middlebury, Vt.) scored the first Penmen goal of the second half and Valentine followed several minutes later off a pass from Wiedenfeld to make it 13-4.
- Senior Stephen Dubois (Goffstown, N.H.) tallied his first of the night, and 14th goal of the season, to open the fourth quarter.
- SNHU would also add fourth-quarter goals by Jacobsen and Wiedenfeld. Wiedenfeld made a terrific steal in the Hawk end and scored the final goal for his team at 8:07.

- Freshman Ronan DePaul (Elkton, Md.) made 16 saves but suffered his first loss after two winning decisions.
- Freshman Cam Cote (Saco, Maine) led the Penmen with four ground balls.
- Saint Anselm had a 75-34 shot advantage---and a 43-20 edge on ground balls.
- Four Hawks recorded hat tricks, including Griffin Shoemaker (4 goals, 2 assists).
NOTES
- The Penmen and Hawks will meet one more time in the regular season. The teams are scheduled to clash at Penmen Stadium on Saturday, April 24.
- Saint Anselm has won the last five meetings between the teams.
- Through six games, Wiedenfeld leads the team in scoring with 21 points (11 goals, 10 assists).
