The Southern New Hampshire University Department of Athletics & Recreation has multiple jobs available each year, across many different areas of the department. The current available positions are listed below, but continue to check back as jobs will be updated as they become available.

Athletic Communications

Athletic Communications Assistant (Internal | External) ***Small number of University paid positions available***
Assists the Athletic Department staff with the management of Athletic Communications, including statistics, announcing, social media and press releases.
 
Penmen Productions Assistant (Internal | External) ***Small number of University paid positions available***
Penmen Productions is the Southern New Hampshire University Athletics' video entity. In collaboration with the Department of Athletic Communications, Penmen Productions oversees video streaming, video features, video replay and manages relationships with local and national television providers. The department is most notably known for its production of live online video streaming, video features and live game broadcasts.
 
Penmen Productions Broadcaster ( Internal | External) ***Small number of University paid positions available***
Penmen Productions broadcasters serve as play-by-play or color analyst on live broadcasts, as well as as public address announcers for live athletic events.
 

Athletic Equipment, Events and Operations

Athletics Game Day and Equipment Staff ( Internal | External)
Assists with the day-to-day operations of a Division II Athletic Department. From practice management, to game and event logistics, a full engagement with all areas of SNHU Athletics.
 
Athletic Field Operations ( Internal | External)
Assists the Athletic Operations Department in the day-to-day maintenance of the baseball field, softball field, Larkin Field, Ouellette Stadium, and tennis courts. Will also assist in game setup, game management, and setups for external events.
 
Team Manager ( Internal | External)
Assists with the day-to-day operations of a Division II sport team. From practice management, to game and event logistics, a full engagement with all areas of SNHU athletics.
 
Athletics Audio Visual Assistant ( Internal | External)
Assists closely with our athletic teams, and films games and practices throughout the season. Along with film, this position will DJ athletic contests, including pre-game music as well as in-game and post-game music.


Athletic Marketing

Athletic Marketing Assistant (Internal | External)
Assists the Athletic Department with marketing needs.
 

Athletic Office Staff

Ouellette Stadium Assistant (Internal | External)
This role will serve as the first point of contact for those visiting Ouellette Stadium. They will also serve as the ticket team for all SNHU Athletic ticketed events.

Campus Recreation

Intramural Official (Internal | External)
Assists Campus Recreation as an Intramural Official/Assistant.
 

Strength & Conditioning

Strength & Conditioning Attendant ( Internal | External)
Assists with effectively maintaining the Varsity Athletics Strength and Conditioning Weight Room.
