Sophomore Ariana Davila (Austin, Texas) tallied 10 assists, seven digs, and a block assist, but the Southern New Hampshire University women's volleyball team fell to Saint Michael's College, 3-0, Tuesday evening in the Northeast 10 Conference opener at the Ross Sports Center.
NOTES
- Saint Michael's has won three of the last four meetings, including a non-conference match-up earlier this year, but SNHU continues to lead the all-time series, 32-13.
- Freshman Julia Petersen (Salem, N.H.) paced the Penmen with four kills and three block assists.
- Graduate student Meri Ibrahimi (Woburn, Mass.) collected a team-best 11 digs.
- Sophomore Sophie Chevalier (Charlton, N.Y.) added six digs, a block, and a kill.
- Senior co-captain Brooke Vaughan (Truckee, Calif.) chipped in with two aces and three digs.

- The Penmen are back in action Tuesday, Oct. 14 (6:00 p.m.) at American International College.
- The next home game for SNHU will be on Tuesday, Oct. 21 (6:00 p.m.) against Franklin Pierce in what will be the first conference home match of the season.
