Den Hartog in Singles, Berling, Vix in Doubles, Fall in ITA Regional Finals

FLUSHING, N.Y. – Senior Jesse Den Hartog (Amsterdam, The Netherlands) of the Southern New Hampshire University men's tennis team moved into the finals of the singles bracket on the fourth and final day of the Intercollegiate Tennis Association (ITA) East Regional Championship on Monday at the Billie Jean King National Tennis Center.

Den Hartog outlasted the No. 14 seed in the semifinals, before dropping a close decision to the fifth seed in the finals.

Junior Jonathan Berling (Moss, Norway) and sophomore Melvin Vix (Thionville, France) also fell in the doubles final, as Berling was looking for an incredible third straight doubles title.
