Notes: The 20th-ranked Penmen enter Saturday's Northeast-10 doubleheader in the midst of a three-game winning streak after topping the University of New Haven on March 19 and sweeping Post University in a twinbill on Thursday. Southern New Hampshire scored 24 runs on 23 hits in the two-game set against the Eagles, with senior Katie Caruso (Newton, Mass.) leading the charge on offense with five hits, two home runs, six RBI and six runs scored. Caruso is batting a team-high .431 with three homers, 11 runs batted in and 13 runs scored thus far. Classmate Mo Hannan (Scarborough, Maine) is hitting at a .391 clip and owns a .472 on-base percentage, and fellow senior Lindsey Bolduc (Londonderry, N.H.) has compiled a .346 average and a .692 slugging-percentage on nine doubles and three long balls. Sophomore Sarah Lavallee (Candia, N.H.) has appeared in nine games with eight starts in the circle for the Penmen, and she is 5-2 with a 1.45 earned run average in 58 innings of work.
