MANCHESTER, N.H. - The Southern New Hampshire University men's soccer team will be a road warrior by the time the home stretch of the 2019 schedule rolls around, as five of its seven matches in the opening month of September are away from the friendly confines of Penmen Stadium. SNHU kicks off the season Thursday, Sept. 5 (1 p.m.) at Queens (N.Y.) and then opens its home slate Wednesday, Sept. 11 (7 p.m.) versus Post University, before going on the road for four of the next five.
"The Northeast 10 Conference continues to be one of the most competitive conferences in the country," said head coach Josh Taylor. "I expect this year to be no different, especially with the amount of games we play on the road. We open up our season against a very good Queens program and we are excited to start our preparations next week."
