    Senior Michael Goncalves (Ludlow, Mass.) snapped a scoreless deadlock with 5:24 to play in the first half and graduate student Alex Satrustegui (San Sebastian, Spain) added 56th-minute insurance, as the Southern New Hampshire University men's soccer team held off American International College for a 2-1 victory Saturday night at Penmen Stadium.

  • Men's Soccer Handles Bentley 4-1 Wednesday To Snap Four-Game Losing Streak

    Junior Nadjib Chibout (Lyon, France) broke a 1-1 tie with his first goal of the game early in the second half, and added another goal late as SNHU pulled away for a 4-1 home win over Bentley University on Wednesday afternoon at Penmen Stadium.

    Junior Jannik Mohr (Koblenz, Germany) buried a 23rd-minute penalty kick goal to put the Southern New Hampshire University men's soccer team in front, but top-ranked Adelphi University would score twice in the second half to claim a 2-1 victory Saturday night at Motamed Field.
  • SNHU, FOX College Sports Team Up for 10-Game TV Package for 2019-20

    MANCHESTER, N.H. – For the third consecutive year, the Southern New Hampshire University Department of Athletics has reached an agreement with FOX College Sports to carry a full slate of Penmen games on the national network during the 2019-20 season. The schedule, which features 10 total contests, will include one women’s and men’s soccer match, two basketball doubleheaders, a pair of baseball games and a softball twin bill. The broadcasts will once again be produced by Pack Network.
  • Assumption Races Past Men's Soccer in Second Half for 3-2 Win

    Graduate student João Brum (Ribeira Grande, Portugal) gave the Penmen the lead 2:39 before halftime, but Assumption College would score twice in the second half to steal a 3-2 win from the Southern New Hampshire University men's soccer team on Wednesday evening at the Multi-Sport Stadium.

    MANSFIELD, Mass. – Freshman Sinisa Sprecakovic (Mannheim, Germany) of the Southern New Hampshire University men's soccer team was chosen as the Northeast-10 Rookie of the Week for the period ending Sept. 22, the league office announced Monday afternoon.

    Sinisa Sprecakovic staked the Southern New Hampshire University men’s soccer team to an early, 1-0, lead, but a Franklin Pierce University goal in the final 10 minutes of regulation proved to be the difference as the Penmen fell at home to the Ravens on Saturday, 2-1.

  • Men's Soccer Unveils 2019 Schedule

    MANCHESTER, N.H. - The Southern New Hampshire University men's soccer team will be a road warrior by the time the home stretch of the 2019 schedule rolls around, as five of its seven matches in the opening month of September are away from the friendly confines of Penmen Stadium. SNHU kicks off the season Thursday, Sept. 5 (1 p.m.) at Queens (N.Y.) and then opens its home slate Wednesday, Sept. 11 (7 p.m.) versus Post University, before going on the road for four of the next five.
