Women's Tennis Shuts Out Saint Anselm 9-0
MANCHESTER, N.H. – No. 45 Southern New Hampshire University ran its win streak to three matches with a 9-0 Northeast-10 women's tennis victory over Saint Anselm College at the Saint Anselm courts Wednesday afternoon. With the win the Penmen improve to 10-4 overall and 7-0 in NE-10 play, while the Hawks see their record evened at 3-3 overall and in the league.
The win marks SNHU's 37th straight in Northeast-10 regular season play dating back to 2008-09.
Southern New Hampshire returns to action Saturday when it travels to Adelphi University for a 3:00 Northeast-10 match in a rematch of last season's NCAA Tournament first round match won by the Penmen 5-0.
