Notes: Southern New Hampshire is coming off a 17-12 campaign in which it came away with the No. 4 seed in the NE10 Northeast Division, making the Northeast-10 Championship for the first time since 2012 ... the Penmen would host the program's first postseason home game and win it - SNHU's first NE10 Championship victory since 2011 - to advance to the quarterfinals ... the Penmen welcome back five of their top six leading scorers from last season, including three starters ... WBCA All-America Honorable Mention and NE10 All-Conference First Team selection Kylie Lorenzen (Holliston, Mass.) returns for her senior season, along with fellow co-captain Brianna Camara (Fall River, Mass.) ... sophomore Sarah Deyo (Attleboro, Mass) is also back after starting more than 80 percent of the team's games as a freshman ... Southern New Hampshire was picked to finish fourth in the Northeast Division this season, according to the NE10 Preseason Coaches' Poll that was released last month ... SNHU will open up the season Friday, Nov. 9 when it hosts Bloomfield in the NE10/CACC Challenge at 5:30 p.m. in the Stan Spirou Field House.
