In his first two full seasons with the men's program he has guided SNHU to back-to-back NCAA appearances  In 2010-11 he guided SNHU to a share of the NE-10 regular season title, its first-ever, while it reached the NE-10 tournament final.  Coache was named the league and ITA East Region Coach of the Year.  SNHU was 12-7 overall in 2010-11, setting a single-season win record.

2011-12 saw the SNHU women go 19-6 overall and earn a share of the program's third straight regular season Northeast-10 title, while the Penmen nabbed their third straight NE-10 tournament crown.  Alena Mukdaprakorn was named the league's Player of the Year while Diana Vamvakitis was the NE-10 Rookie of the Year.

The 2010-11 season saw the Penmen women post an 18-3 record, including their second straight 13-0 mark in Northeast-10 regular season play.  The Penmen captured their second straight NE-10 regular season and tournament titles, and advanced to the second round of the NCAA Tournament for the third straight year.  Individually, senior Amber Chandronnait finished her three-year career 38-0 in NE-10 singles action and was named the league's Player of the Year for the third straight season.

In 2009-10, the Penmen made their second straight NCAA Tournament appearance, won the Northeast-10 regular season title with a 13-0 league mark, and also captured the Northeast-10 Tournament title.  Overall, the Penmen were 20-2, with their only losses coming to Dartmouth and Queens (N.Y.) in the NCAAs.  SNHU recorded a 19-match winning streak.  Coache was named both the Northeast-10 and the ITA East Region Coach of the Year.

Prior to his arrival at SNHU, Coache served as a high school tennis coach for the past 10 years, reaching the playoffs in nine of those years, which included one state championship and five state semifinal appearances.  In the state championship year he was named New Hampshire's "Coach of the Year".
