Christina Berardi enters her fourth season as an assistant coach of the Penmen softball program. A native of Raynham, Mass., Berardi is a 2011 graduate of Long Island University at C.W. Post, where she graduated with a degree in Psychology.
At C.W. Post, Berardi made four NCAA Regional appearances and was a member of two NCAA Regional Championship teams as a freshman and a senior.
A four-year member of the Pioneer’s program, Berardi made 113 appearances over her career. As a senior, she earned National Fastpitch Coaches Association (NFCA) First Team All-Region honors and was named to the East Coast Conference (ECC) Second Team. A pitcher, Berardi threw 496 strikeouts over the course of her career including 192 strikeouts during her senior year.
A 2007 graduate of Bridgewater-Raynham Regional High School, Berardi was inducted into the school's hall of fame following her four-year career with the Trojans.
Berardi currently resides in Manchester, N.H. and is pursuing a Master of Science degree in Mental Health Counseling at SNHU.
