Men's Tennis Blanks Saint Michael's 9-0

NASHUA, N.H. – Southern New Hampshire University blanked Saint Michael's College 9-0 in Northeast-10 men's tennis action at the Nashua Swim and Tennis Club Tuesday afternoon.  The Penmen, who are ranked No. 6 in the East Region, improved to 10-7 and 9-1 in the NE-10, while the Purple Knights now stand 5-5 and 4-5 in the league.

With the win, SNHU, which has won six of its last seven matches, remains in the hunt for a share of its second straight Northeast-10 regular season crown.  Conference co-leaders Bentley and Merrimack, who each sport 8-0 records, square off on Thursday.

Southern New Hampshire closes out its regular season on Saturday when it hosts Bentley in a rematch of last season's Northeast-10 championship match.  The match is slated for a noon start.
