Men's Tennis Falls to Grand Valley State 8-1

KISSIMMEE, Fla. – Grand Valley State University posted an 8-1 win over Southern New Hampshire University in men's tennis Friday morning at Oak Street Park.  The Lakes improved to 3-8 overall with the win, while the Penmen are now 4-6 overall.

Mitch Dobek (Westfield, Mass.) earned SNHU's lone point of the morning, posting a 6-2, 6-2 victory at No. 1 singles.  Four of the other five singles matches went to three sets, with Grand Valley State prevailing in the third and deciding set in each.

Southern New Hampshire returns to action on March 17 when it hosts Chestnut Hill College in a noon match.
