Female Athlete of the Week: Sydney Crema - Women's Soccer - Gr., F
Sydney Crema (Litchfield, N.H.) collected three points on a trio of helpers during a 2-0-0 week for the PEnmen. She assisted on a goal in Wednesday's 4-1 win at Post and then assisted on a pair of second-half tallies in a 4-0 win over Le Moyne on Saturday. The forward also made a huge defensive save in the second half versus the Dolphins, keeping the ball out of the back of the net off a corner kick to maintain the shutout.

Male Athlete of the Week: Alex Satrustegui - Men's Soccer - Sr.
Alex Satrustegui (Pamplona, Spain) remained in another world during a 2-0-0 week for the Penmen, scoring three goals for six points. Satrustegui scored the lone goal of the game Wednesday in the 74th minute to lift SNHU to a 1-0 road win a Post, before potting a pair of goals, including one that landed at No. 5 on ESPN SportsCenter's Top 10 Plays, in a 4-0 blanking of Molloy on Saturday. Satrustegui earned his second consecutive NE10 Player of the Week nod earlier Monday.

Notes:
- The Penmen, ranked 15th in the United Soccer Coaches Division II Poll, went 2-0 last week, including a decisive 4-0 victory against Le Moyne in their NE10 opener.
- Junior Alexis Fruzzetti (Hanson, Mass.) scored the first two goals of her Penmen career for four points, with both of them coming during the second half of the Le Moyne win.
- Graduate student Sydney Crema (Litchfield, N.H.) collected three points on a trio of helpers during the week. She assisted on a goal in Wednesday's 4-1 win at Post and then assisted on both of Fruzzetti's tallies against the Dolphins. The forward also made a huge defensive save in the second half versus Le Moyne, keeping the ball out of the back of the net off a corner kick to maintain the shutout.
- Freshman Dorthea Glorud (Brumunddal, Norway) registered three points on a goal and an assist, as she scored the first goal at Post and then dished an assist on the game winner versus Le Moyne.
- Freshman Hannah Rose (Waterloo, Ontario) made three saves against the Dolphins for her first career clean sheet, while junior goalkeeper Brittany Wilkie (Victorville, Calif.) made one save against the Eagles to earn the win in her Penmen debut.
- It is the first time Southern New Hampshire has scored four goals in consecutive matches since Sept. 4-7, 2016.

Notes:

- Men's soccer is now 4-0 for the fifth straight season following a pair of non-conference shutouts.
- Senior Alex Satrustegui (Pamplona, Spain) remained in another world, scoring three goals for six points. - Senior goalkeeper Daniel Milton (Ajax, Ontario) recorded a pair of shutouts to run his scoreless streak to 251:46, as he stopped both shots he faced at Post and then made two more against Molloy. Milton, who has stopped 14 of 15 shots this season, now has seven career shutouts.
- Sophomore Tom Marriott (Nottingham, England) put the Penmen on the board with an early penalty kick against Molloy and is now 3-for-3 this season on PKs.
- It is the first time SNHU, which is 4-0 for the fifth straight season, has posted three straight shutouts since Sept. 13-21, 2016.

Notes:
- Volleyball went 0-4 last week at California (Pa.) University's Vulcan Invitational.
- Sophomore Irem Bat (Istanbul, Turkey) was named to the All-Tournament Team after totaling 33 kills (2.54 k/s), 50 digs (3.85 d/s) and five blocks (0.38 b/s). Bat's top performance came in Friday's 3-0 loss to Bloomsburg when she posted 11 kills, 19 digs and two blocks.
- Freshman Ramona Fontaine (Chelsea, Mass.) was second in the entire tournament with 12 blocks (1.20 b/s), including six versus Bloomsburg.

Field Hockey (1-1, 0-0 NE10)

Notes:
- Field hockey went 0-1 last week with a 5-0 loss to a tough Limestone team in its first game at Penmen Stadium.
- Senior Melanie Rennie (Madison, Conn.) totaled four saves in the first 55:01 action before sophomore Kate Pigsley (East Kingston, N.H.) turned aside three shots in the final 14:59, but a four-goal second half did the Penmen in.

- Women's tennis went 1-1 last week, dropping its NE10 opener to Merrimack, 4-3, for just its third loss in 15 matches against the Warriors.
- Senior Sofia Morais (Porto, Portugal) went 4-0, with two wins at No. 2 singles and another pair at No. 1 doubles. Morais was a 6-1, 6-1 winner over Colby-Sawyer's Maddy Gemerek, as part of a 5-4 victory Wednesday, before breezing past Merrimack's Lauren Persson, 6-3, 6-0, Saturday. She also teamed with classmate Anna Sala (Matadepera, Spain) to double up CSC's Yashu Yang and Anna Kopituk, 8-4, and record a 6-2 victory over the Warriors' Mana Seifaei and Kristina Calistro.
- Freshman Alexxa Etienne (Bayamon, Puerto Rico) also was 4-0, with her first two career singles wins at No. 3 and another pair of victories at No. 2 doubles. Etienne earned her first collegiate win with a 6-2, 6-0 triumph over Colby-Sawyer's Aislinn O'Connor and then rallied for a 6-7 (4-7), 7-5, 10-6 triumph against Merrimack's Cassie Restrepo. She combined with senior Rachel Wagner (Framingham, Mass.) to defeat Gemerek and O'Connor, 8-3, and knocked off Restrepo and Rosemary Campanella, 6-2.

- The Penmen captured the Franklin Pierce Fall Invitational for the second straight year, sharing the title with the host Ravens after shooting a 297 Sunday and 300 Monday at Keene Country Club.
- Senior Matt Paradis (Hooksett, N.H.) shot a 1-under 143 over two rounds to earn individual medalist honors, culminating with his 2-under 70 in the final round.
