Female Athlete of the Week: Anna Sala - Women's Tennis - Jr.
Anna Sala (Matadepera, Spain) went 4-0 during a 2-0 week for the Penmen, as they clinched the No. 3 seed in the upcoming Northeast-10 Championship. Sala went 2-0 at No. 1 singles in wins over Bentley and Assumption, in addition to teaming with freshman Casey Burns (Westbrook, Conn.) for a pair of No. 1 doubles triumphs.

Male Athlete of the Week: Tyler McClaren - Men's Cross Country - Sr.
Tyler McLaren (Pepperell, Mass.) finished second, overall, in a field of 150 runners at the Northeast-10 Championship on Sunday, capturing NE10 All-Conference First Team recognition with a time of 24:57.45, as men's cross country turned in its highest finish ever at the conference championship by placing third.

Notes:
- The Penmen went 1-0-1 for the second straight week, while not allowing a single goal.
- Senior Rianna Fasanello (E. Bridegwater, Mass.) scored the only Penmen goal of the week and also anchored a back line that kept their opponents off the board all week. Fasanello put the ball in a tiny window in the top left corner of the net from 35 yards out in the 38th minute, giving the Penmen the 1-0 victory versus Assumption and finding herself on ESPN SportsCenter's Top 10 Plays in the process. Fasanello's defensive unit did not allow a goal over 200:00, as they limited opponents to just 15 shots in extending their shutout streak to 383:48.
- Senior goalkeeper Paige Salmon (W. Hempstead, N.Y.) turned aside all seven shots she faced, as she racked up five saves in a 1-0 victory against Assumption on Tuesday and then stopped two shots in a 0-0 draw at Southern Connecticut on Saturday.

Notes:
- Men's soccer extended its winning streak to three matches with a 2-0 week.
- Junior Alex Satrustegui (Pamplona, Spain) scored three goals during a 2-0-0 week that extended the Penmen winning streak to five matches. Satrustegui potted both goals in a 2-1 win against Bentley on Wednesday, scoring in the 12th and 28th minutes, and then snapped a scoreless tie with a 34th-minute goal in another 2-1 victory at Saint Rose on Saturday.
- Junior goalkeeper Daniel Milton (Ajax, Ontario) stopped eight of the 10 shots he faced during a 2-0-0 week for the Penmen. Milton made three of four stops in a 2-1 win against Bentley on Wednesday and then saved five of six in Saturday's 2-1 victory at Saint Rose.
- Sophomore Chaney Nash-Gibney (So. Burlington, Vt.) notched a pair of assists, setting up SNHU's first goals against Bentley in the 12th minute and Saint Rose in the 34th minute, respectively. 

Women's Volleyball (7-11, 3-6 NE10)

Notes:
- Volleyball went 1-1 last week and has now captured three of its last five. The Penmen trailed 2-0 Friday before digging out to top Adelphi, 3-2.
- Senior Marisa Coronis (Hudson, N.H.) tallied 26 kills (3.25 k/s), three service aces (0.38 sa/s) and 16 digs (2.0 d/s) during the week. Coronis led the way in a 3-2 come-from-behind victory at Adelphi on Friday with 16 kills, 10 digs and two service aces, before posting 10 kills and six digs in a 3-0 loss at Pace on Saturday.
- Junior Jessica Dillon (Burnt Hills, N.Y.) totaled up 16 kills (2.0 k/s), 28 assists (3.5 a/s), three service aces (0.38 sa/s) and 24 digs (3.0 d/s). Dillon turned in a triple-double of 12 kills, 23 assists, 18 digs and three service aces at Adelphi and then chipped in four kills, five assists and six digs  at Pace.

Field Hockey (6-9, 2-8 NE10)

Notes:
- Field hockey went 1-1 last week, dropping a 4-3 heartbreaker in overtime to third-ranked Saint Anselm on Wednesday before rolling to a 12-1 victory at New Haven on Saturday.
- Sophomore Laura van der Doorn (Beverwijk, The Netherlands) scored four goals and added an assists. She scored the game's first goal in the ninth minute against Saint Anselm and set up the 51st-minute equalizer to tie the game at two before scoring three times at New Haven.
- Freshman Helene Servais (Brussels, Belgium) racked up three goals and a pair of assists, as she scored less than 10 minutes apart against Saint Anselm to knot the game at two and then give the Penmen a 3-2 lead, before tallying a goal and two helpers in the triumph at New Haven.
- Junior goalkeeper Melanie Rennie (Madison, Conn.) stopped 11 of 15 shots in the loss to Saint Anselm and then did not see a shot over the opening 24:12 against the Chargers.

- The Penmen ran at the Northeast-10 Championship, hosted by American Int'l, at Stanley Park in Westfield, Mass, on Sunday.
- The women finished seventh, overall, as sophomore Jill Couto (Newton Junction, N.H.) cruised across the finish line in 22:34.10 to finish No. 13 overall and garner a spot on the NE10 All-Conference Second Team.
- The men turned in their highest finish ever at the conference championship, placing third behind senior Tyler McLaren (Pepperell, Mass.), who was second in the field of 150 runners with a time of 24:57.45 to earn NE10 All-Conference First Team recognition.

Notes:
- Women's tennis went 2-0 last week, as it clinched the No. 3 seed for the Northeast-10 Championship. The Penmen doubled up Bentley and Assumption, 6-3, on Tuesday and Wednesday, respectively.
- Junior Anna Sala (Matadepera, Spain) went 4-0 during the week, as she was a 6-1, 6-3 winner against Bentley's Hanna Fabianski at No. 1 singles Tuesday and then beat Assumption's Cassie Burbine, 6-1, 6-1, at No. 1 Wednesday. Sala also teamed with freshman Casey Burns (Westbrook, Conn.) at No. 1 doubles for 8-6 triumphs against Bentley's Rachel Hui and Evann Welty, and Assumption's Burbine and Julia Chappell.
- Burns also went 4-0, defeating Bentley's Tiffany Suchanek, 6-4, 6-3, at No. 4 singles and then blanking Assumption's Paige Benoit, 6-0, 6-0, at No. 3.
