The 2011-12 academic year was one of the most successful ever for the Southern New Hampshire University athletic department. Four Penmen teams qualified for their respective NCAA Tournaments, while individually, four student-athletes were named All-Americans and four Academic All-Americans, to go along with 14 All-Region selections and 46 Northeast-10 All-Conference selections.
