Jaime Browne
Compliance Coordinator

Jaime Browne was named SNHU's NCAA Compliance Coordinator in December, 2008.

As Compliance Coordinator, Browne oversees all areas of compliance with NCAA regulations for SNHU and the athletic department, including student-athlete eligibility.  She executes NCAA bylaws and interpretations with the athletic department staff and serves as the point person for inquiries to the NCAA and the Northeast-10 Conference in all compliance areas.

Browne spent the two years prior to her arrival at SNHU in the athletic department at Adelphi University in Garden City, NY, most recently serving as AU's compliance coordinator for the Panthers' 21 NCAA Division I and II programs.  From August 2006 until May, 2008, she served as a graduate assistant in the department, assisting with NCAA compliance as well as serving in a game management role for all home athletic contests.

A native of Trinidad and Tobago, Browne was a member of both the tennis and track and field teams at Saint Francis College in Brooklyn, NY from 2002-05.  She served as a co-captain of the tennis team as a senior and also received the Coaches Award.  While at SFC she served on the College's Student-Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC).

Browne graduated from St. Francis in 2005 with a degree in Information Technology while minoring in Economics.  She completed her Master's in Sport Management at Adelphi in May, 2008.
